What exactly am I paying for?

Waitlist signups, variants tracked, and integrations are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Restock a product with 40 people waiting and that is 40 sends, not 40 subscribers billed.
What happens if I go over my plan’s send limit?
Sends hold. They are never dropped and never billed as an overage. Alerts queue up, we notify you, and the queue releases the moment you upgrade or your month resets. You do not lose a subscriber or an alert to a limit, you just wait or upgrade.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. $0/mo, 50 sends included, unlimited subscriber capture and variant tracking, one ESP integration. No credit card is required to install, since Shopify App Store billing only asks for payment details when you choose a paid plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time, from the Shopify billing screen inside the app. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Your waitlist and settings carry over regardless of plan, since subscriber capture is unlimited on every tier.
Do unused sends roll over to next month?
No. Each plan’s send allowance resets monthly and does not carry over. Plans are priced against typical monthly restock volume, so most stores are not close to their limit most months. Use the calculator above if you want to check your own numbers.
Do you charge a revenue share or per-order fee?
No, on any plan, ever. Flat monthly price for a send allowance is the entire pricing model. Some apps in this category take a cut of recovered revenue or charge per notification; Kelso does not.
What if I need more than 10,000 sends a month?
Email support@kelsohq.com. We will set up a plan sized to your actual volume rather than asking you to guess at a tier that does not exist yet.
